  5.  This library is for non members MODS - EXECMODS  MIDI  SAMPLES ONLY.

  7.  Important note to authors uploading MOD files into these open areas
  8.  
  9.  Files uploaded here must not be direct sampled copies of copyrighted
  10.  material, you are, by placing mods in this area, accepting responsibilty
  11.  for this and also by doing so, accept to pay any legal fees or awards that
  12.  should be made against the sysop by any publisher/recording Company.
  13.  It is important to note that uploaded mods will also be deemed as
  14.  authorised for inclusion on any Compact disks that we may release.
  15.  
  16.  CD users please note that with the exception of the executables drawer,
  17.  each of drawer has a file area within it and this is where the actual mods,
  18.  samples etc, will be found.

  20.  Note that the samples are allready recorded within the OctaMED sample list.
